The goal of Spirit Support in Song is to lighten the hearts of those suffering from illness and bring peace and comfort to those passing from this life to the beautiful next, through God's gift of song. When possible, I am honored to come to a private home, church, hospital or hospice facility at the invitation of the family to offer support for themselves and their loved ones. Life events do not always allow for a face-to-face meeting. However, with technology, perhaps a Zoom or Facetime connection may be planned.
I lost my Father in February of 2013, after a 45 day stay in intensive care. Six weeks later my husband, Ben passed away in our home, after a two year battle with stage IV cancer. I was holding their hands and singing to them as they passed from this life to the beautiful next. I have read where hearing is the last sense to leave our bodies as we pass away. I hope that they could hear me and that they were comforted. It was my gift and honor to hopefully offer them some peace during this time that comes for each of us. I feel led to do this for others that are ill or are in Hospice care. If I can lift the spirits of those in need, even if just for a little while, to help make their heart lighter, I want to do that.
Please call 336.469.2597 or reach out to us through our contact page to schedule a private concert or share music materials; a time of "Spirit Support in Song." There is no charge. A donation is appreciated, only if led to do so, to cover travel, materials and shipping expense, but it is not required. These services are offered in the Triad and Triangle Areas of North Carolina for a face-to-face concert or are possible anywhere via Zoom or Facetime. Thank you~
